摘　　要：大数据驱动全民健身公共服务治理现代化现已成为时代命题,更是推进体育强国建设、落实全民健身国家战略的关键。运用文献资料等研究方法,深度剖析大数据驱动全民健身公共服务治理现代化的理论框架、现实瓶颈及保障路径。研究认为:大数据驱动全民健身公共服务治理手段智慧化、治理过程数据化、治理决策精准化是其推动全民健身公共服务治理现代化的实践逻辑,并构建由大数据平台、大数据技术、运行机制构成的大数据驱动全民健身公共服务治理现代化模型框架。基于大数据治理理念悬浮,亟待更新优化;大数据治理机制不完善,促使治理主体游离;大数据技术应用能力薄弱,有待加强大数据平台建设;大数据法律保障体系不健全,导致大数据治理风险频发;复合型大数据人才不足,影响服务治理效能的现实瓶颈,提出促进价值与工具理性有机统一,以更新治理理念;健全法治制度体系,形成包容合作共治格局;打造智慧化大数据平台,促进数字健身场景化发展;完善大数据安全保障体系,打造开放化治理生态空间;健全复合型大数据人才培养体系,以强化人才支撑的保障路径。The modernization of public service governance for national fitness driven by big data has now become a proposition of the times,and it is the key to promoting the construction of a sports power and implementing the national strategy of national fitness.Using literature and other research methods,the paper deeply analyzes the theoretical framework,practical bottleneck and guarantee path of big data-driven modernization of national fitness public service governance.The research holds that:the wisdom of governance means,the datatization of governance process and the precision of governance decisions driven by big data are the practical logic of promoting the modernization of public service governance for national fitness,and the model framework of the modernization of public service governance for national fitness driven by big data composed of big data platform,big data technology and operating mechanism is constructed.Based on the suspesion of the concept of big data governance,it needs to be update and optimize;the data governance mechanism is not perfect,which leads to the dissociation of governance subjects;the application capacity of big data technology is weak,and the construction of big data platform needs to be strengthened;the big data legal protection system is not perfect,resulting in frequent big data governance risks;the shortage of compound big data talents affects the actual bottleneck of service governance efficiency,and proposes to promote the organic unity of value and instrumental rationality to update the governance concept;improve the rule of law system and form a pattern of inclusive cooperation and co-governance;build a smart big data platform to promote the development of digital fitness scenes;improve the big data security system and create an open governance ecological space;improve the compound big data talent training system to strengthen the guarantee path of talent support.
