高校体育教育专业师范认证毕业要求达成度评价体系构建研究

摘　　要：在师范类专业认证推动下,毕业要求达成度评价已然成为师范专业教育质量的重要评判维度之一。研究根据师范类专业认证第二级教学质量合格标准认证中8项毕业要求指标标准,运用德尔菲法、数理统计法等,经过三轮指标修订通过“设计—修订—赋权—验证”的逻辑结构构建了由“师德规范、教育情怀、学科素养、教学能力、班级指导、综合育人、学会反思、沟通合作”组成的8项准则层指标和21项方案层指标(分解指标)的体育教育专业毕业要求达成度评价指标体系。运用层次分析法计算得出各指标权重值,并根据体育教育专业特征对各级指标体系进行释义,以此评价指标体系对HUT体育教育专业2018~2020届共342名学生毕业要求达成度评价进行实证,达成度均在0.8以上,并通过毕业生用人单位反馈满意度评价证实该评价体系具备较强的信度和效度。With the promotion of teacher education professional certification,the evaluation of graduation requirements has become one of the important dimensions of teacher education quality.According to the 8 graduation requirements index standards in the second-level teaching quality qualification standard certification of normal professional certification,using Delphi method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,after three rounds of index revision,through the logical structure of'design-revision-empowerment-verification',this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the degree of achievement of graduation requirements of physical education specialty,which is composed of 8 criterion-level indicators and 21 program-level indicators(decomposition index),which are composed of'teacher's ethics,educational feelings,subject literacy,teaching ability,class guidance,comprehensive education,learning to reflect,communication and cooperation'..The analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight value of each index,and the index system at all levels is interpreted according to the characteristics of physical education majors.This evaluation index system is used to evaluate the degree of completion of graduation requirements of 342 students in HUT physical education majors from 2018 to 2020,and the average achievement degree is above 0.8.Through the feedback satisfaction evaluation of graduates employers,the evaluation system has strong reliability and validity.
