摘 要:为研究在地下荷载作用下大断面预制拼装综合管廊横向接头(环氧树脂胶接+钢板焊接)的可靠性,文中建立有限元模型,通过改变横向接头间环氧树脂胶体刚度来模拟特殊情况(混凝土黏接面泡水软化、胶体拌合不规范、涂刷不到位等)胶体黏接性能衰减对横向接头的力学性能影响。研究结果表明,胶体从原始刚度衰减至1/10刚度区间接头处内力变化幅度较小,1/10刚度至刚度失效区间内变化稍大,直至刚度衰减至0时,横向接头在两侧钢板作用下始终处于结构安全状态。通过最不利工况受力验算,证明此种施工方案力学富余度满足要求。A finite element model is established to investigate the reliability of large-section prefabricated assembly utility tunnel transverse joints that epoxy resin bonding combining with steel plate welding under underground loads.By altering the stiffness of the epoxy resin adhesive between transverse joints,special conditions such as adhesive softening due to water absorption,improper mixing,and insufficient application are simulated to assess the impact of adhesive performance degradation on the mechanical behavior of the joints.The results indicate that when the adhesive stiffness degrades from its original value to 1/10 of the stiffness,the variation in internal forces at the joints is minimal.From 1/10 stiffness to total stiffness failure,the variation becomes more pronounced.However,even when the stiffness reduces to zero,the transverse joints remain structurally safe due to the presence of steel plates on both sides.The structural safety margin was further verified under the most unfavorable load conditions,demonstrating that the proposed construction method meets mechanical reliability requirements.
