摘 要:根据实际的地形和地质特点,确定银武连接线特大桥(跨大西郑西段)主梁采用悬臂浇筑法施工。文中着重对悬臂施工过程中采用的新型菱形挂篮进行设计与结构验算,根据它在施工过程中可能受到的不利荷载工况,运用有限元软件Midas/Civil进行建模与分析,计算挂篮整体和局部的强度、刚度,确保其安全性符合现行规范的要求。计算结果表明,设计的菱形挂篮在各种不利荷载组合下的整体和构件的强度、刚度和抗倾覆验算均能满足现行规范的要求,研究成果可为类似工程挂篮的设计提供参考。Based on the actual terrain and geological characteristics,the main girder of the Yinwu connection line grand bridge(spanning the Daxi-Zhengxi section)was constructed using the cantilever casting method.This study focuses on the design and structural verification of a newly developed diamond-shaped form traveler used during the cantilever construction process.Considering potential adverse loading conditions during construction,the finite element software Midas/Civil was utilized for modeling and analysis to calculate the strength and stiffness of the form traveler both globally and locally,ensuring its safety compliance with current standards.The calculation results indicate that the designed diamond-shaped form traveler meets the requirements for strength,stiffness,and anti-overturning under various unfavorable load combinations.The research findings can serve as a reference for the design of form travelers in similar engineering projects.
