纳米SiO_(2)-PVA纤维复掺混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能试验研究

摘  要:为提高混凝土的耐腐蚀性能,研究PVA纤维与纳米SiO_(2)提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性。文中将不同掺量的纳米SiO_(2)和PVA纤维掺入混凝土中,结合电通量法测试混凝土在氯离子侵蚀下的抗渗透性能,并使用SEM电子扫描透镜和EDS能谱仪分析混凝土微观结构。结果表明在PVA纤维混凝土中,随着纤维掺量的增加,纤维对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能呈先提高后降低的趋势,并在纤维掺量为0.2%时达到最大值。在纳米SiO_(2)混凝土中,随着纳米掺量的增加,纳米材料对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能呈先提高后降低的趋势,并在纳米掺量为3.5%时达到最大值。复合掺加纳米SiO_(2)与PVA纤维的混凝土在电通量法测试中表现出较为优异的抗氯离子渗透性能,相较于单一掺加纳米SiO_(2)或PVA纤维的混凝土,渗透电通量值显著降低。In order to improve the corrosion resistance of concrete,PVA fiber and nano-SiO_(2) were studied to improve the chloride ion permeability resistance of concrete.Different amounts of nano-SiO_(2) and PVA fiber were mixed into concrete,and the permeability resistance of concrete under chloride ion attack was tested by electric flux method,and the SEM electron scanning lens and EDS spectrometer were used to analyze the microstructure of concrete.The results show that in PVA fiber concrete,with the increase of fiber content,the fiber resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete presents a trend of first increase and then decrease,and reaches the maximum value when the fiber content is 0.2%.In nano-SiO_(2) concrete,with the increase of nano-content,the resistance of nano-materials to chloride ion penetration of concrete shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and reaches the maximum value when the nano-content is 3.5%.Concrete mixed with Ghana SiO_(2) and PVA fiber shows better chloride ion permeability resistance in the test of electric flux method,and the permeability of concrete mixed with Ghana SiO_(2) or PVA fiber is significantly lower than that of concrete mixed with Ghana SiO_(2) or PVA fiber.
