摘 要:为解决钢渣、粉煤灰、煤矸石等工业固体废料制成的土凝岩代替水泥后强度发展慢、抗渗性差等问题,文中通过全掺再生骨料,使用绿色胶凝材料土凝岩进行固化,并以土凝岩体积掺量和混凝土养护龄期为变量,开展聚丙烯纤维增强再生骨料混凝土抗压抗折试验。试验结果显示,养护前期所有土凝岩掺量的混凝土抗压强度至少增长49%,掺量12%时最高达61%,抗折强度增长率均超90%;养护至28 d,抗压强度继续增长至少25%,抗折强度增长率降至30%以下。综合考量,土凝岩掺量为12%时,混凝土强度增长效果最佳。此研究可为工业固体废料的资源化利用及绿色混凝土材料的开发提供重要参考。This study aims to address issues such as slow strength development and poor impermeability when industrial solid wastes like steel slag,fly ash,and coal gangue are used to replace cement in concrete.By fully incorporating recycled aggregates and using green cementing materials,such as soil cement rock,for curing,the study investigates the compressive and flexural strength of polypropylene fiber-reinforced recycled aggregate concrete with varying soil cement rock volume content and curing age as variables.The experimental results show that during the early curing stage,all concrete mixtures with soil cement rock had a compressive strength increase of at least 49%,with the highest increase of 61%at a 12%content,and the flexural strength increase rate exceeded 90%.After curing for 28 days,the compressive strength continued to increase by at least 25%,while the flexural strength growth rate decreased to below 30%.Considering these results,a 12%soil cement rock content showed the best concrete strength improvement.This study provides important references for the resource utilization of industrial solid wastes and the development of green concrete materials.
