摘  要:LNG储罐作为LNG接收终端中的关键设备,正不断向大型化发展。LNG储罐从27万m3突破到30万m3不仅考验储罐结构的稳定性,更考验储罐建设材料的强度。混凝土作为大型LNG储罐建设的核心材料,必须要满足大型LNG储罐安全性、稳定性和耐久性的要求。因此,引入活性粉末混凝土(RPC)材料替代传统的C50混凝土材料,进一步提升大型LNG储罐结构的稳定性和耐久性。文中对比分析不同工况下活性粉末混凝土和传统C50混凝土的隔热性能与结构性能。结果表明正常运行工况下,活性粉末混凝土隔热性能优于普通混凝土,能极大程度减少单日LNG蒸发量;LNG泄漏状态下,同点位活性粉末混凝土的温度明显高于普通混凝土;热-结构耦合作用下,活性粉末混凝土的应力和应变均小于普通混凝土,储罐结构更加安全稳定。As critical equipment in LNG receiving terminals,LNG storage tanks are increasingly being developed to larger capacities.The leap from 270000 m3 to 300000 m3 not only challenges the structural stability of the tanks but also tests the strength of the construction materials.Concrete,as the core material for constructing large LNG storage tanks,must meet stringent requirements for safety,stability,and durability.To enhance the structural stability and durability of large LNG storage tanks,reactive powder concrete(RPC)has been introduced as a substitute for traditional C50 concrete.This study compares and analyzes the thermal insulation and structural performance of RPC and conventional C50 concrete under different operating conditions.The results show that under normal operating conditions,RPC exhibits superior thermal insulation compared to ordinary concrete,significantly reducing the daily LNG evaporation rate.In the event of an LNG leakage,the temperature at the same location in RPC is noticeably higher than in ordinary concrete.Under thermal-structural coupling,the stress and strain in RPC are smaller than those in ordinary concrete,making the tank structure safer and more stable.This study demonstrates the advantages of RPC in improving the performance of large LNG storage tanks and provides a technical basis for its application in such infrastructure.
