摘 要:在现代建筑工程中,C100高强混凝土因其卓越的力学性能而成为超高层结构和大跨度桥梁等关键工程项目的理想选择。文中探讨了C100高性能混凝土的制备及性能特性,通过正交试验法优化配合比设计,结合力学性能和耐久性测试,分析了原材料选择、配比参数对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明合理选择水泥、砂、石和外加剂,并通过科学的配合比设计,可显著提高C100混凝土的抗压强度、抗冻融性和耐久性。研究为高性能混凝土的应用提供了理论依据和技术支持。In modern construction projects,C100 high-strength concrete has become the ideal choice for key engineering projects such as super-high-rise structures and large-span bridges due to its excellent mechanical properties.This study aims to explore the preparation and performance characteristics of C100 high-performance concrete.By optimizing the mix design through orthogonal experiments and conducting mechanical and durability tests,the effects of raw material selection and mix parameters on concrete performance were analyzed.The results show that rational selection of cement,sand,aggregates,and additives,coupled with scientific mix design,can significantly improve the compressive strength,freeze-thaw resistance,and durability of C100 concrete.This research provides theoretical and technical support for the application of high-performance concrete.
