农文旅融合目标下乡村旅游集聚区规划研究

摘　　要：文中旨在解决哈尔滨城郊村庄在人、地、产、景方面的乡村振兴困境,通过总体定位、分区实施、集约发展、优化布局、以农为基、以文铸魂、创新引领等方法,构建哈尔滨城郊乡村旅游集聚区发展的新模式,并以哈尔滨市平盛街道为例,展开了乡村旅游集聚区产业延伸与融合以及空间形态扩展与演化的规划研究。实践证明此模式对于优化乡村旅游集聚区的土地利用、产业发展、文化传承、景观营造等具有较强的理论指导意义。This study aims to address the challenges of rural revitalization in the suburban villages of Harbin in terms of people,land,production,and scenery.Through overall positioning,regional implementation,intensive development,and optimized layout,combined with a foundation in agriculture,cultural enrichment,and innovation,a new development model for rural tourism clusters in Harbin's suburban areas was constructed.Taking Pingsheng Street in Harbin as an example,the study explored the industrial extension and integration of rural tourism clusters,as well as the spatial expansion and evolution of their layout.The practical results demonstrate that this model offers strong theoretical guidance for optimizing land use,industrial development,cultural heritage,and landscape creation in rural tourism clusters.
