摘  要:为提高聊城市社区日间照料中心养老服务设施的智能化,以便于更好地为老年人服务。文中选择聊城市某社区日间照料中心进行调研分析,了解此社区日间照料中心养老服务设施智能化水平,并采用模糊综合评价法进行定量评价,通过熵权法确定各项指标的权重。研究结果表明,此社区日间照料中心的服务设施智能化处于一般水平,辅助设施和生活设施智能化较为完善,健康管理和安全防护设施的智能化水平有待提高。在日后的发展和优化过程中要针对不同的养老设施进行改进,最终根据评价结果和实际需求,提出提高养老机构服务设施智能化水平的建议,为养老机构智能化建设提供参考。To improve the intelligence of elderly care service facilities at the Daycare Center for the elderly in Liaocheng City communities,thereby enhancing services for the elderly,this study investigates a community-based Daycare Center in Liaocheng.The study assesses the level of intelligence in the center's elderly care facilities and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for quantitative assessment,with the entropy-weight method employed to determine the weight of each indicator.The findings show that the center's service facilities are at an average level of intelligence,with auxiliary and living facilities being relatively well-developed.However,the intelligence level of health management and safety protection facilities requires improvement.In future development and optimization,improvements should be targeted at different elderly care facilities.Based on the evaluation results and practical needs,the study proposes suggestions to enhance the intelligence of elderly care service facilities,providing a reference for the intelligent development of elderly care institutions.
