既有住区老幼融合户外活动空间评价研究

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化及少子危机的发展,住区户外活动空间亟须解决老幼群体活动需求和老带幼的看护需求。为构建老幼融合住区户外活动空间,文中通过调查问卷分析大连市既有住区户外活动空间现状,根据现状问题及文献资料,选取评价指标,结合层次分析法并利用yaahp软件构建判断矩阵计算指标权重,构建了住区老幼融合活动空间评价体系,又以大连市振华小区为例进行实证分析并提出优化策略,为既有住区老幼融合户外活动空间的优化提供新方法。With the development of population aging and the declining birthrate crisis,outdoor activity spaces in residential areas urgently need to address the activity needs of both elderly and young groups,as well as the caregiving demands for the elderly accompanying the young.To design integrated outdoor activity spaces for both groups,this study analyzes the current status of outdoor activity spaces in existing residential areas in Dalian City through questionnaires.Based on the identified issues and literature review,evaluation indicators were selected.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the yaahp software,a judgment matrix was constructed to calculate indicator weights,and an evaluation system for integrated activity spaces was developed.Taking Zhenhua Community in Dalian as a case study,the study conducted empirical analysis and proposed optimization strategies,offering a new method for improving outdoor activity spaces in existing residential areas for both elderly and young groups.
