摘　　要：检察业务分析研判是检察现代化发展中把握全局、科学决策的基本依据,是对检察业务工作实行科学管理、有效监督的重要手段。本文旨在研究检察业务数据分析研判机制,以实现检察现代化为目标,探索提升机制效能的可行路径和发展方向。文章通过纵向分析、横向比较和深入调研的方法,结合现状及问题,从角色定位、信息保障、机制完善、方式更新、队伍建设五个维度出发,总结经验规律并借鉴先进做法,提出建设和完善检察数据分析研判机制的可行路径。The analysis and evaluation of procuratorial business serve as the fundamental basis for grasping the overall situation and making scientific decisions in the modernization of procuratorial work.It is also an important means of implementing scientific management and effective supervision over procuratorial operations.This article aims to study the data analysis and evaluation mechanism for procuratorial business,with the goal of achieving procuratorial modernization,and explores feasible paths and development directions to enhance the mechanism's effectiveness.Through longitudinal analysis,horizontal comparison,and indepth research,the article combines current conditions and existing problems to summarize patterns and draw lessons from advanced practices.It proposes feasible paths for constructing and improving the data analysis and evaluation mechanism from five dimensions:role positioning,information assurance,mechanism refinement,method innovation,and team building.
