摘　　要：随着人工智能技术的迅速发展,其在司法领域的应用愈发受到关注。人工智能不仅为传统的司法裁判过程提供了创新性的解决方案,还在提高效率、改善判决质量和改变决策方式等方面展现出巨大潜力。文章系统地分析人工智能在司法裁判过程中的法律应用,从裁判程序的基本构成到人工智能对裁判效率和判决质量的影响,探讨其在法律文书生成、智能法律咨询以及案件预测中的具体应用;展望法律环境下人工智能未来的发展趋势,以期为法律界与技术界的对话提供理论依据和实践参考。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,its application in the judicial field has garnered increasing attention.AI not only provides innovative solutions for traditional judicial adjudication processes but also demonstrates significant potential in improving efficiency,enhancing judgment quality,and transforming decision-making methods.This article systematically analyzes the legal application of AI in the judicial adjudication process,from the basic components of adjudication procedures to the impact of AI on adjudication efficiency and judgment quality.It explores specific applications of AI in legal document generation,intelligent legal consultation,and case prediction.Furthermore,it looks ahead to the future development trends of AI in the legal environment,aiming to provide theoretical foundations and practical references for dialogue between the legal and technological communities.
