数字金融对碳排放效率的影响路径研究--基于省域面板的动态QCA分析

摘  要:碳达峰和碳中和是一场全面而深刻的社会经济变革,在数字经济时代,数字赋能对提高碳排放效率具有重要意义。以2011—2021年我国30个省级面板数据作为研究样本,运用纵向横向双维度的动态QCA定性比较分析法,从外部环境、发展水平和数字金融三个维度探究环境规制、数字金融覆盖广度等10个二级指标的不同条件组合对提升碳排放效率的优化路径。研究结果表明:第一,数字金融细分维度能够有效提升碳排放效率,但在部分数字金融水平较低的地区,其支付维度发挥的作用最大;第二,数字金融与科技创新以及环境规制的深度融合在近几年能够有效地提升碳排放效率;第三,通过对组间与组内的一致性距离考察,虽然组间的一致性距离并未高于0.2,未呈现明显的时间效应,但其条件变量的必要性在逐年增加;第四,存在四种关键类型可以有效提高碳排放效率,包括待优化数字创新驱动型、数字金融平台深化型、待优化数字创新与环境协同发展型、数字科技创新型,且四种类型存在明显的区域异质性。Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality is a comprehensive and profound socio-economic change,and in the era of digital economy,digital empowerment is of great significance to improve carbon emission efficiency.Taking 30 provincial panel data in China from 2011 to 2021 as research samples,the dynamic QCA qualitative comparative analysis method with vertical and horizontal dimensions was applied to explore the optimization path of improving carbon emission efficiency through different combinations of 10 secondary indicators,including environmental regulation and digital finance coverage breadth,from three dimensions:external environment,development level,and digital finance.The study shows that:first,the digital finance sub-dimension can effectively improve carbon emission efficiency,but its payment dimension plays the biggest role in some regions with low digital finance level;second,the deep integration of digital finance with scientific and technological innovation as well as environmental regulation can effectively improve carbon emission efficiency in recent years;third,through the examination of the consistency distances between and within groups,although the consistency distances between groups are not higher than 0.2,and do not show a significant time effect,but the necessity of its conditional variables is increasing year by year;fourth,there are four key types that can effectively improve carbon emission efficiency,including the digital innovation driven type to be optimized,the digital financial platform deepening type,the synergistic development type of digital innovation and the environment to be optimized,and the digital science and technology innovation type,and there is obvious regional heterogeneity among the four types.
