摘　　要：务川黑牛是贵州省务川县肉牛产业发展的地方特色品种,其肉质鲜美、氨基酸含量丰富,肉用性能较好,市场潜力大,但因生长较慢、群体数量少,在一定程度上制约了其发展。为推动务川黑牛产业提质增效,保护和开发利用务川黑牛种质资源,文章对务川黑牛种质资源的概况和特征进行了介绍,并提出具体的种质资源保护措施和开发利用建议,可为推动地方特色品种牛产业发展提供参考。Wuchuan black cattle is a local characteristic breed for the development of beef cattle industry in Wuchuan County,Guizhou Province.Its meat is delicious,rich in amino acids.Wuchuan black cattle has good meat performance with great market potential.However,it grows slowly and has small population size,which restrictes its development to some extent.In order to promote the quality and efficiency improvement of Wuchuan black cattle industry,protect and develop Wuchuan black cattle germplasm resources,this article introduces the overview and characteristics of Wuchuan black cattle germplasm resources,and proposes specific measures for germplasm resource protection and development and utilization suggestions,which can provide reference for promoting the development of local characteristic breed cattle industry.
