摘 要:牛体外胚胎生产程序包括卵母细胞体外成熟(in vitro maturation,IVM)、精子获能(sperm capacitation)、体外受精(in vitro fertilization,IVF)和体外培养(in vitro culture,IVC)。体外成熟卵母细胞的发育能力低于体内成熟卵母细胞,是目前体外胚胎生产面临的难题之一。虽然体外成熟期似乎很难影响卵母细胞的质量,但基本成熟条件的改变会显著影响卵母细胞的发育能力,故卵母细胞体外成熟是体外胚胎生产的关键环节。目前大部分改善卵母细胞体外成熟的研究都是在培养液中添加激素、血清、牛卵泡液、生长因子或抗氧化剂等物质,以此促进卵母细胞的成熟度,使其更好地与精子结合,故文章就不同体外成熟条件对卵母细胞体外成熟后最终囊胚产量的影响研究进行了综述。Bovine in vitro embryo production procedures include in vitro maturation(IVM),sperm capacitation,in vitro fertilization(IVF)and in vitro culture(IVC).The development ability of in vitro mature oocytes is lower than that of in vivo mature oocytes,which is one of the problems facing in vitro embryo production.Although it seems difficult to affect the quality of oocytes during in vitro maturation,changes in basic maturation conditions can significantly affect the development ability of oocytes,so oocyte maturation in vitro is a key link of in vitro embryo production.At present,most of the studies on improving oocyte maturation in vitro are to add hormones,serum,bovine follicle fluid,growth factors or antioxidants to the culture medium to promote oocyte maturity,so that it can better combine with sperm.Therefore,this article will discuss the influence of different in vitro maturation conditions on the final blastocyst production after oocyte maturation in vitro.
