摘 要:采用水热法合成了介孔ZSM-5分子筛,对其进行了结构表征,考察了将其酸化改性后得到的介孔HZSM-5分子筛在重芳烃-甲醇烷基化反应中的催化性能,并对反应温度、反应压力、质量空速等工艺条件进行优化。结果表明:合成的介孔ZSM-5分子筛具有规则的立方介孔结构及良好的有序性,比表面积为420.4 m^(2)/g,孔容为0.3097 cm^(3)/g,直径为0.5325 nm。以介孔HZSM-5分子筛为催化剂,在反应温度为350℃,反应压力为2.2 MPa,质量空速为1.6 h^(-1),重芳烃/甲醇(摩尔比)为1∶6的最优条件下,均四甲苯收率为27.66%,选择性为92.91%。The mesoporous ZSM-5 molecular sieve was synthesized by hydrothermal method,its structure was characterized,and the catalytic performance of the modified HZSM-5 molecular sieve in the alkylation reaction of heavy aromatics and methanol was investigated.The process conditions such as reaction temperature,reaction pressure and mass space velocity were optimized.The results showed that the synthesized mesoporous ZSM-5 molecular sieve had regular cubic mesoporous structure and good ordering,its specific surface area was 420.4 m^(2)/g,the pore volume was 0.3097 cm^(3)/g,and the diameter was 0.5325 nm.Using mesoporous HZSM-5 molecular sieve as catalyst,the yield of 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene was 27.66% and the selectivity was 92.91% under the optimum reaction temperature of 350℃,reaction pressure of 2.2 MPa,mass space velocity of 1.6 h^(-1) and molar ratio of heavy aromatics to methanol of 1∶6.
