摘 要:以NaH为脱氯剂,通过亲核取代反应脱除废塑料热解油中的有机氯,考察了投加量、反应温度、反应时间以及初始含氯量对脱氯效果的影响,并对不同有机氯的检测方法进行了对比。结果表明:在n(NaH)∶n(Cl)为2,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为6 h的条件下,废塑料热解油含氯量可由499.9μg/g降至34.9μg/g,脱氯率高达93%;废塑料热解油初始含氯量为100~2000μg/g时,NaH均能将其含氯量降至50μg/g以下,脱氯率在93%及以上;NaH在脱除废塑料热解油中有机氯的过程中不会破坏其他成分;通过差量法测定脱除后含氯量结果与燃烧-微库仑仪直接测定结果相近,相对误差小于10%。Using NaH as a dechlorination agent,organochlorine in waste plastic pyrolysis oil was removed through nucleophilic substitution reaction.The effects of dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time,and initial chloriocontent on dechlorination efficiency were investigated,and different detection methods for organicchlorine were compared.The results showed that under the conditions of n(NaH)∶n(Cl)ratio of 2,reaction temperature of 80℃,and reaction time of 6 h,the chlorine content in the pyrolysis oil of waste plastics could be reduced from 499.9μg/g to 34.9μg/g,and the dechlorination rate could reach as high as 93%.When the initial chlorine content of waste plastic pyrolysis oil was 100-2000μg/g,NaH could reduce its chlorine content to below 50μg/g,and achieving a dechlorination efficiency of 93%;NaH did not damage other components during the process of removing organic chlorine from pyrolysis oil of waste plastics.The results of determining the chlorine content after removal by differential method was similar to those directly measured by combustion microcoulometer,with a relative error of less than 10%.
