摘 要:为了考察超温对加氢裂化催化剂性能的影响,对新鲜加氢裂化催化剂PHC-05进行了高温耐受试验,并对卸出的超温催化剂PHC-05和补充精制催化剂PHT-01进行了表征。结果表明:高温焙烧后催化剂PHC-05的比表面积、孔容和Y分子筛结晶度大幅下降;卸出催化剂PHC-05的比表面积降低,孔容变化不明显,平均孔径略有增大,卸出下床层补充精制催化剂PHT-01的比表面积和孔容均降低;卸出催化剂PHC-05中上1,上2,上3,下1(按卸剂过程自上至下的顺序进行编号)的酸强度降幅较小,上1,上2的B酸总酸量保留相对较好,但是L酸酸量明显下降,其他样品B酸和L酸酸量均有较大的降低幅度。In order to investigate the effect of overheating on the performance of catalyst,the high temperature resistance test of fresh catalyst PHC-05 was carried out,and the discharged overheating catalyst PHC-05 and the refined catalyst PHT-01 were characterized.The results showed that the specific surface area,pore volume and crystallinity of Y molecular sieve of PHC-05 decreased significantly after high temperature calcination.The specific surface area of the discharged catalyst PHC-05 decreased,the pore volume did not change significantly,the average pore size increased slightly,and the specific surface area and pore volume of the discharged catalyst PHT-01 decreased.In the discharged catalyst PHC-05,the acid strength of top 1,top 2,top 3,and bottom 1(numbered from top to bottom during the discharged process)decreased little,and the total acid content of top 1 and top 2 was relatively well retained,but the acid content of L acid decreased significantly,and the acid content of B acid and L acid in other samples decreased greatly.
