摘  要:以渣油加氢工业装置渣油为原料,考察了反应温度对固定床渣油加氢催化剂反应性能的影响。结果表明:固定床渣油加氢反应中,随着反应温度的升高,渣油转化率、脱硫率、脱氮率、脱金属率、脱残炭率等均提高,加氢渣油的轻质化程度增加,加氢渣油四组分中饱和分和沥青质的质量分数增大,芳香分和胶质质量分数降低,加氢渣油的稳定性变差;且上述指标均会在一定的温度区间发生显著变化,在相应温度区间内渣油转化率、轻质化程度和体系不稳定性的增幅均增大,脱硫率、脱氮率、脱金属率、脱残炭率增幅下降。Effect of reaction temperature on the performance of fixed-bed residue hydrotreating catalyst was studied by using residual oil of residue hydrotreating unit as raw material.The results showed that with the increase of reaction temperature,conversion rate,desulfurization rate,denitrification rate,demetallation rate,and decarbonization rate of residual oil all increased,the lightening degree of hydrogenated residual oil increased,the mass fraction of saturated fraction in four components of hydrogenated residual oil and asphaltene increased,the mass fraction of,aromatic fraction and colloid decreased,and the stability of hydrogenated residual oil deteriorated.There were temperature ranges with significant rate of change in the above mentioned indications.In the temperature ranges,the increase of conversion rate,lightening degree,and system instability of residual oil increased,while the increase of desulfurization rate,denitrification rate,demetallation rate and decarbonization rate of residual oil decreased.
