摘 要:浙江石油化工有限公司针对浆态床柴油性质较差,原设计加工路线不合理的问题,采用将部分浆态床柴油作为300万t/a柴油加氢精制装置的原料进行加工的优化方案,并利用英国KBC公司开发的Petro-SIM流程模拟软件对优化方案进行模拟计算及验证。结果表明:该优化方案既可多产合格的精制柴油,又可提高柴油加氢裂化装置的重石脑油产量;当柴油加氢精制装置掺炼50 t/h浆态床加氢柴油,同时将50 t/h直馏柴油改进柴油加氢裂化装置,柴油加氢精制装置精制柴油产品的密度不低于836 kg/m^(3),运动黏度不低于3.8 mm^(2)/s,十六烷指数不低于48,含氮量低于10μg/g,可满足精制柴油产品指标要求,柴油加氢裂化装置的重石脑油产量提高了10.4 t/h。采用该优化方案,将柴油加氢精制装置掺炼浆态床柴油的量提至140 t/h时,精制柴油产品性质也可满足精制柴油指标要求。In response to the poor properties of slurry bed diesel and the unreasonable processing route of the original design,an optimization plan for processing a portion of slurry bed diesel as feed for the 0.3 Mt/a diesel hydrotreating unit were proposed by Zhejiang Petrochemical Co Ltd.The optimization scheme was simulated and verified by the Petro-SIM process simulation software developed by KBC company of UK.The results showed that the optimization scheme could produce more qualified refined diesel,increase the heavy naphtha yield of diesel hydrocracking unit.When 50 t/h diesel from the slurry bed residue hydrocracking unit was processed by diesel hydrotreating unit,and another 50 t/h diesel from the distillation unit could be processed by diesel hydrocracking unit,the density of refined diesel products from the diesel hydrotreating unit was not less than 836 kg/m^(3),the kinematic viscosity was not less than 3.8 mm^(2)/s,the cetane index was not less than 48,and the nitrogen content was less than 10μg/g,which could meet the requirements of refined diesel products,while the production of heavy naphtha products increased by 10.4 t/h.By adopting this optimization scheme,when the amount of slurry bed diesel blended in the diesel hydrotreating unit increased to 140 t/h,the properties of the refined diesel product could also meet the requirements of the refined diesel index.
