摘  要:对凝析油稳定装置运行情况进行了分析,并提出相应的节能优化措施。结果表明:在凝析油的处理量为300 m^(3)/d,停用凝析油脱乙烷塔塔底重沸器,凝析油稳定塔塔顶压力由0.60 MPa降至0.45 MPa,凝析油稳定塔塔底温度由183℃降至145℃的优化条件下,凝析油产品饱和蒸汽压可稳定在54.1 kPa;热煤炉实际燃气消耗平均值由优化前的9325 m^(3)/d降至优化后的8136 m^(3)/d,平均节约燃气消耗1189 m^(3)/d,可创效86万元/a。Operation of the condensate reservoir stabilization unit was analyzed,and energy-saving optimization measures were proposed.The results showed that under the optimized conditions of a processing capacity of 300 m^(3)/d for condensate,deactivation of the bottom reboiler of the condensate deethanizer,reduction of the top pressure of the condensate stabilizer from 0.60 MPa to 0.45 MPa,and reduction of the bottom temperature of the condensate stabilizer from 183℃ to 145℃,the saturated vapor pressure of the condensate product could be stabilized at 54.1 kPa.The average actual gas consumption of hot coal furnace reduced from 9325 m^(3)/d(pre-optimized)to 8136 m^(3)/d(after optimization),saving an average gas consumption of 1189 m^(3)/d and generating an efficiency of 860000 yuan/a.
