摘 要:针对中国石油云南石化有限公司3.3 Mt/a催化裂化装置催化剂铁中毒的问题,对催化剂铁中毒原因及其对催化剂性质、装置操作工况及产品分布的影响进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。结果表明:催化剂铁中毒后,其密度由0.93 g/mL降至0.82 g/mL,球形度变差;装置出现再生器藏量增加,烧焦罐藏量减少,油浆中固体质量浓度下降,产品分布变差等问题。通过采取优化再生器操作,置换平衡剂,补充新鲜催化剂,降低原料含铁量等措施,可缓解催化剂铁中毒对装置运行带来的影响,确保装置平稳高效运行。In response to the problem of iron poisoning of catalyst in the 3.3 Mt/a fluid catalytic cracking unit of Yunnan Petrochemical Co Ltd,PetroChina,the causes of iron poisoning of catalyst and its influence on catalyst properties,unit operating conditions,and product distribution were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.The results showed that after iron poisoning of catalyst,its density decreased from 0.93 g/mL to 0.82 g/mL,and its sphericity deteriorated.The unit had problems such as increasing in the storage capacity of the regenerator,decreasing in the storage capacity of the coking tank,decreasing in the solid mass concentration in the oil slurry,and a deterioration in product distribution.By taking measures such as optimizing the operation of the regenerator,replacing the balancing agent,supplementing fresh catalyst,and reducing the iron content of the raw materials,the negative impact of iron poisoning catalyst on the operation of the unit could be alleviated,ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the unit.
