摘  要:为了适应市场变化,浙江石油化工有限公司400万t/a柴油加氢裂化装置通过调整反应催化剂床层温度,控制裂化反应深度,最大限度生产满足国Ⅵ标准柴油产品。结果表明:在保证柴油脱硫效果的前提下,通过调整装置裂化床层各反应床层的急冷氢流量,深度控制裂化反应催化剂各床层温度,可达到增产柴油产品的效果,柴油收率由31.5%提至90.4%,增产300 t/h,柴油产品的含硫、氮量、密度、运动黏度等指标均可满足国Ⅵ柴油产品要求,装置能耗降低了3.51 kg/t。In order to adapt to market changes,diesel products which could meet the national Ⅵ standard were produced by adjusting temperature of the reaction catalyst bed,controlling the depth of the cracking reaction in the 4 Mt/a diesel hydrocracking unit of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co Ltd.The results showed that while ensuring the desulfurization effect of diesel,the effect of increasing diesel production could be achieved by adjusting the rapid cooling hydrogen flow rate of each reaction bed in the cracking bed of the unit and deeply controlling the temperature of each bed of the cracking reaction catalyst.The diesel yield increased from 31.5% to 90.4%,with an increase of 300 t/h.The sulfur,nitrogen content,density,kinematic viscosity and other indicators of diesel products could meet the requirements of national Ⅵ standard,and the energy consumption of the unit was reduced by 3.51 kg/t.
