摘 要:为解决广东石化有限责任公司丁二烯装置丁二烯产品含羰基化合物无法达到聚合级指标要求的问题,对丁二烯产品中的羰基化合物进行溯源分析,并提出相应优化措施。结果表明:丁二烯产品中的羰基化合物来源为上游常减压-Ⅱ装置原料中回炼污油中的含氧化合物;通过采取将加氢碳四返回位置改至急冷油塔的措施后,丁二烯产品中的含羰基化合物量由34μg/g降至低于20μg/g;将常减压装置原料中的污油掺混比(质量比)降低至2.5%时,丁二烯产品中含羰基化合物量可降至9.0μg/g以下,丁二烯产品可达到聚合级指标要求。In order to solve the problem that the butadiene products in the butadiene plant of Guangdong Petrochemical Co Ltd,couldn′t meet the requirements of polymerization-grade indicators due to the presence of carbonyl compounds,a traceability analysis was carried out on the carbonyl compounds in the butadiene products,and corresponding optimization measures were proposed.The results showed that the source of the carbonyl compounds in the butadiene products was the oxygen-containing compounds in the recycled dirty oil in the feedstock of the upstream atmospheric and vacuum distillation-Ⅱ unit.After taking the measure of changing the return position of hydrogenated C4 to the quench oil tower,the amount of carbonyl compounds in the butadiene products decreased from 34μg/g to less than 20μg/g;when the blending ratio(mass ratio)of the dirty oil in the feedstock of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was reduced to 2.5%,the amount of carbonyl compounds in the butadiene products could be reduced to below 9.0μg/g,and the butadiene products could meet the requirements of polymerization-grade indicators.
