摘 要:随着大容量抽水蓄能电站的建设,变压器绕组过热问题更加突出。由于抽水蓄能电站对已投运的油浸式变压器热点温度实时监测存在一定技术不足,文章以一台大型油浸式变压器为研究对象,以有限元法和传热学原理为理论基础,提出一种基于温度场分布计算的大型变压器热点温度仿真分析方法。该方法对变压器进行磁热耦合有限元仿真,简化绕组结构和油流条件,以现有技术参数、监测数据为依托设定仿真参数,计算得到符合工程要求的温度场分布结果,从而获得热点温度。通过比较变压器顶层油温和热点温度的实测数据、标准模型计算结果和仿真结果,验证了温度场分布计算的合理性和准确性。该热点温度仿真分析方法为抽水蓄能电站的变压器热点温度检测提供了新的解决思路。With the construction of large-capacity pumped storage power plants,the problem of transformer winding overheating become more prominent.Given the technical shortage of the real-time monitoring for hot spot tempera-ture of oil-immersed transformers in pumped storage power plants,taking a large oil-immersed transformer as the re-search object,and the finite element and heat transfer principle are taken as theoretical basis,a hot spot tempera-ture simulation analysis method based on temperature field distribution calculation is proposed in this paper.A magneto-thermal coupling finite element simulation is carried out.The winding structure and oil flow conditions are simplified,and the simulation parameters are set based on existing technical parameters and monitoring data.The temperature field distribution results meeting engineering requirements are calculated,so that the hot spot tempera-ture is obtained.The rationality and accuracy of the temperature field distribution calculation are verified by compa-ring the monitoring data,the standard model calculation results and the simulation results of the top oil temperature and hot spot temperature of transformer.The proposed simulation analysis method provides a new solution for hot spot temperature detection in pumped storage power plants.
