大数据背景下公立医院病历档案管理的策略探究

摘　　要：在大数据时代,公立医院的病历档案管理面临诸多挑战与机遇。本文探讨了大数据技术在病历管理中的应用现状及其带来的数据整合、数据安全和医务人员培训等问题,提出了相应的优化策略。通过建立完善的大数据管理平台、加强数据安全及隐私保护措施、促进医务人员的大数据培训、推进信息系统互联互通等多维度措施,旨在提升病历管理的效率和准确性,为患者提供更优质的医疗服务。In the era of big data,the management of medical record files in public hospitals is faced with many challenges and opportunities.This paper discusses the status quo of the application of big data technology in medical record management and the problems it brings such as data integration,data security and medical staff training,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies.Through the establishment of a perfect big data management platform,the strengthening of data security and privacy protection measures,the promotion of big data training for medical staff,the promotion of interconnection of information systems and other multidimensional measures,the aim is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of medical record management,and to provide patients with better quality medical services.
