泌尿外科手术全麻后体位管理对患者康复质量的影响分析

摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨泌尿外科全麻术后患者的最佳体位选择。通过比较传统去枕平卧位、低半卧位和高半卧位三种体位对患者主观感受、术后疼痛及生命体征的影响,研究发现三种体位对患者生命体征无显著差异,但在主观舒适度方面存在明显差异。去枕平卧位易导致头晕和腰痛,而低半卧位和高半卧位则能减轻肌肉负担,提高患者满意度。特别是高半卧位,能改善呼吸状况,减轻伤口牵拉和疼痛感,并便于患者活动下肢。因此,高半卧位被认为是泌尿外科手术患者全麻苏醒后的优选体位,有助于优化患者的康复质量。The purpose of this study was to investigate the optimal position selection for urological patients after general anesthesia.By comparing the effects of traditional supine position,low semi-decumbent position and high semi-decumbent position on patients'subjective feelings,postoperative pain and vital signs,the study found that there were no significant differences between the three postures on patients'vital signs,but there were significant differences in subjective comfort.The recumbent position is prone to dizziness and low back pain,while the low and high semi-decumbent positions can reduce muscle burden and improve patient satisfaction.In particular,the high semidecubitus position can improve breathing conditions,reduce wound tension and pain,and facilitate patients to move their lower limbs.Therefore,the high semi-decumbent position is considered to be the preferred position for urological patients after recovery from general anesthesia,which is helpful to optimize the quality of rehabilitation of patients.
