儿科急诊护理流程优化在急诊患儿抢救中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在急诊患儿中,优化急诊护理流程的临床效果,以为儿科抢救提供参考。方法根据研究方向,选择2022年3月至2024年3月收治的100例急诊患儿,采用随机数字法将其分为两组,每组人数均等。观察组实施优化急诊护理流程,对照组采用常规护理方法,并对两组患者的治疗情况进行比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组急诊患儿的抢救成功率较高,不良反应发生率降低,转运时间缩短,护理满意度提高,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在急诊患儿抢救中,优化急诊护理流程能提高患者的抢救成功率,并提升患者及家属对医疗工作的满意度,具有推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of optimizing emergency nursing process in pediatric patients,and provide reference for pediatric rescue.Method According to the research direction,100 emergency pediatric patients admitted from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with equal numbers in each group.The observation group implemented optimized emergency nursing procedures,while the control group received routine nursing methods,and the treatment status of the two groups of patients was compared.Result Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher success rate in rescuing emergency children,a lower incidence of adverse reactions,shorter transport time,and improved nursing satisfaction.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency rescue of pediatric patients,optimizing the emergency nursing process can improve the success rate of patient rescue and enhance the satisfaction of patients and their families with medical work,which has promotional value.
