摘　　要：目的通过研究预见性护理的特点,以手术患儿为研究对象,探讨其在预防急性压疮中的作用。方法选取科室2023年4月至2024年4月期间收治的50例手术患儿,根据随机数字法将其分为观察组(接受预见性护理)和对照组(接受常规护理),每组各25例。对两组患儿的术后恢复情况进行分析与比较。结果两组患儿术后各项指标均有明显改善,但观察组的恢复效果显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对手术患儿的术后护理工作,应重视预见性护理模式。通过充分考虑患儿需求并制订个性化护理方案,可有效形成良好的护患关系,并提升护理质量,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the characteristics of anticipatory nursing and explore its role in preventing acute pressure ulcers in surgical children.Method Fifty surgical children admitted to the department from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(receiving anticipatory care)and a control group(receiving routine care),with 25 cases in each group.Analyze and compare the postoperative recovery of two groups of children.Result The postoperative indicators of both groups of children showed significant improvement,but the recovery effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For postoperative care of children undergoing surgery,attention should be paid to the predictive nursing model.By fully considering the needs of pediatric patients and developing personalized nursing plans,a good nurse patient relationship can be effectively formed,and the quality of nursing can be improved,which has high clinical promotion value.
