摘 要:分别以合成的APO-5,SAPO-5或市售ZSM-5为载体,Co_(3)O_(4),MoO_(3)或TiO_(2)为活性组分,制备了一系列负载型催化剂,利用X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、全自动比表面积及孔隙分析仪、NH_(3)程序升温吸附-脱附分析仪、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪等对上述催化剂进行表征,并考察其催化苯-乙醇烷基化反应的性能。结果表明:TiO_(2)和SAPO-5分别适合作催化剂的活性组分与载体,在TiO_(2)与SAPO-5的质量比为0.20、反应温度为250℃、反应时间为1 h和反应压力为1 MPa的优化条件下,乙醇转化率为99%,乙苯收率为84%。A series of supported catalysts were prepared by using synthetic APO-5,SAPO-5 or commercial ZSM-5 as carriers,Co_(3)O_(4),MoO_(3)or TiO_(2)as active components,respectively.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray powder diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,automatic specific surface area and pore analyzer,NH_(3)temperature-programmed adsorption and desorption analyzer and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,and their catalytic performance for benzene-ethanol alkylation reaction were investigated.The results showed that TiO_(2)and SAPO-5 were suitable as the active component and carrier of the catalysts,respectively.Under the optimized conditions of mass ratio of TiO_(2)to SAPO-5 of 0.20,reaction temperature of 250℃,reaction time of 1 h and reaction pressure of 1 MPa,the conversion of ethanol was 99%and the yield of ethylbenzene was 84%.
