摘  要:以中国石油克拉玛依石化有限责任公司150万t/a延迟焦化装置的焦化蜡油(CGO)为原料,考察了不同加氢精制反应温度对CGO性质及其催化裂化性能的影响。结果表明:当加氢精制温度为395℃时,CGO的含硫、氮量分别由加氢前的1800,4270μg/g降至11.9,102μg/g,胶质和沥青质质量分数之和由8.0%降至0.16%;CGO经加氢后,随着加氢精制温度的提高,其催化裂化产物汽油收率和综合转化率得到明显提高,柴油收率明显降低,大幅度降低了柴汽比。相比加氢前,CGO加氢后的转化率、汽油收率分别提高了9.62~16.83,9.02~17.13个百分点,柴油、重油收率分别降低了3.69~8.55,9.62~16.84个百分点。The effects of different hydrofining reaction temperatures on the properties and catalytic cracking performance of coking gas oil(CGO)from a 1.5 Million t/a delayed coking unit of Karamay Petrochemical Company Limited of PetroChina were investigated.The results showed that when the hydrofining temperature was 395°C,the sulfur and nitrogen contents of CGO decreased from 1800,4270μg/g to 11.9,102μg/g,respectively,and the total mass fraction of resin and asphaltene decreased from 8.0%to 0.16%which compared with the CGO without hydrofining.After hydrofining of the CGO,with the increase of hydrofining temperature,the gasoline yield and comprehensive conversion rate of catalytic cracking product were significantly improved,the diesel yield was significantly reduced,and the diesel-to-gasoline ratio was greatly reduced.Compared with before hydrofining,the conversion rate and gasoline yield of CGO after hydrofining increased by 9.62-16.83 and 9.02-17.13 percentage points,respectively,and the yield of diesel and heavy oil decreased by 3.69-8.55 and 9.62-16.84 percentage points,respectively.
