摘　　要：利用万能试验机、熔体流动速率仪、差示扫描量热仪、高温凝胶色谱仪和高压毛细管流变仪等仪器,对4家不同企业基于淤浆法环管工艺铬系催化剂条件下生产的小中空高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)树脂进行了表征和性能分析,并揭示了树脂结构对加工性能的影响。结果表明:这4种HDPE树脂在熔体流动速率、密度、拉伸性能等基础性能指标上存在一定范围的变化,体现了不同生产条件下树脂结构的多样性;辽宁华锦化工集团有限公司(简称华锦)和陕西延长石油延安能源化工有限责任公司(简称延能化)5502 S的相对分子质量较高,表明其拉伸模量较大,从而影响材料的耐用性和加工性能;热性能分析进一步表明,华锦5502 S具有较高的熔融温度,分子链规整性较好;浙江石油化工有限公司5502 S则表现出较高的结晶温度,能够在较高温度下实现快速结晶;华锦5502 S和延能化5502 S在低剪切速率下黏度较高,随着剪切速率的增加黏度迅速下降,而中国石油独山子石化公司5502 XA则表现出剪切变稠的特征。此外,华锦5502 S在高剪切速率下的弹性恢复力优异,进一步增强了其挤出胀大比。The characterization and performance analysis of small hollow high density polyethylene(HDPE)resins produced by four different enterprises based on slurry ring pipe process of chromium-based catalyst were carried out by using universal testing machine,melt flow rate meter,differential scanning calorimeter,high temperature gel chromatograph and high pressure capillary rheometer,and the influence of resin structure on processing performance was revealed.The results showed that the four kinds of HDPE resins had a certain range of changes in the basic performance indexes such as melt flow rate,density and tensile properties,which reflected the diversity of resin structure under different production conditions.The relative molecular mass of 5502 S from Liaoning Huajin Chemical Group Co Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Huajin)and Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Yan′an Energy and Chemical Co Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Yannenghua)was relatively high,indicating that its tensile modulus was large,which affected the durability and processing performance of the material.The thermal performance analysis further showed that Huajin 5502 S had higher melting temperature and better molecular chain regularity.Zhejiang Petrochemical Co Ltd 5502 S showed a higher crystallization temperature and could achieve rapid crystallization at higher temperatures.Huajin 5502 S and Yannenghua 5502 S had high viscosity at low shear rate,and the viscosity decreased rapidly with the increase of shear rate,while Dushanzi Petrochemical Company of PetroChina 5502 XA showed the characteristics of shear thickening.In addition,Huajin 5502 S had excellent elastic resilience at high shear rate,which further enhanced the extrusion swell ratio.
