混合减压侧线馏分油的高附加值利用  

High value-added utilization of mixed vacuum sideline distillate oil

摘  要:对低附加值混合减压侧线馏分油进行了高压加氢精制—异构脱蜡—补充精制—精密分馏工艺优化研究,并制备了一系列高附加值润滑油产品。结果表明:反应压力为15 MPa,氢油体积比为800∶1,加氢精制、异构脱蜡、补充精制反应温度依次为基准+12,基准-27,基准-107℃,体积空速依次为0.4,0.8,0.4 h-1为较优的加氢精制—异构脱蜡—补充精制工艺条件;对上述较优条件下得到的产品进行馏分切割,可以得到高附加值轻质白油、变压器油、化妆品级白油以及环烷基橡胶增塑剂等产品。High pressure hydrofining-isomeric dewaxing-supplementary refining-precision fractionation process optimization of low value-added mixed vacuum sideline distillate oil was studied,and a series of high value-added lubricating oil products were prepared.The results showed that the reaction pressure was 15 MPa,the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil was 800∶1,the reaction temperatures of hydrofining,isomeric dewaxing and supplementary refining were benchmark+12,benchmark-27 and benchmark-107°C,respectively,and the volume space velocity was 0.4,0.8 and 0.4 h-1,respectively,which were the better process conditions of hydrofining-isomeric dewaxing-supplementary refining.High value-added light white oil,transformer oil,cosmetic grade white oil and naphthenic rubber plasticizer could be obtained by fraction cutting of the products obtained under the above optimum conditions.
