脱油沥青/多聚磷酸复合改性对SBS改性沥青流变性能的影响

摘  要:利用不同掺量(占基质沥青质量分数,下同)的脱油沥青(DOA)、多聚磷酸(PPA)对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青进行复合改性以制备复合改性沥青,并采用动态剪切流变仪、弯曲梁流变仪、荧光显微镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对其高低温性能、储存稳定性、微观形态以及官能团变化进行了分析。结果表明:DOA/PPA复合改性能够增强SBS改性沥青的高温流变性能,但不利于其低温性能;当DOA,PPA掺量分别为10.0%,1.5%时,复合改性沥青具有良好的储存稳定性,荧光显微镜照片进一步验证了在此掺量下的SBS分散的最均匀,粒径较小,储存稳定性较好;在DOA/PPA复合改性过程中,存在物理变化和化学反应。The styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS)modified asphalt with different content(accounting for the mass fraction of the base asphalt,similarly hereinafter)of deoiled asphalt(DOA)and polyphosphoric acid(PPA)was used to prepare composite modified asphalt.The high-and low-temperature performance,storage stability,microscopic morphology and functional group changes were analyzed by dynamic shear rheometer,bending beam rheometer,fluorescence microscope and fourier transform infrared spectrometer.The results showed that the DOA/PPA composite modification could enhance the high-temperature rheological properties of SBS modified asphalt,but decreased its low-temperature properties.The composite modified asphalt exhibited favorable storage stability when DOA and PPA content was 10.0%and 1.5%,respectively.Fluorescence microscopy images further verified that the SBS was the most uniformly dispersed with smaller particle size and better storage stability at this dosage.There are physical changes and chemical reactions during the DOA/PPA composite modification process.
