摘 要:考察了中国海油宁波大榭石化有限公司自主研发的油浆脱灰剂CJ-A和CJ-B对不同类型油浆的脱固效果,并进行了工业化试验。结果表明:随着碱性催化剂加入量增大,油浆的密度、运动黏度、灰分(质量分数)以及四组分中胶质和沥青质的质量分数均大幅度下降;油浆脱灰剂CJ-A不适用于当碱性催化剂质量分数超过10%时油浆的脱固;CJ-B对含有碱性催化剂的油浆均表现出良好的脱固效果,可加速碱性催化剂粉末的沉降;当CJ-B加入量不低于400μg/g时,处理后油浆灰分可降至0.024%以下,含硅、铝总量可降至34.61μg/g以下,可满足调和船用燃料油需求。在CJ-B加入量为400μg/g的条件下进行油浆脱固工业化试验,处理后油浆的灰分均低于0.030%,含硅、铝总量不大于60μg/g,均能满足调和船用燃料油的要求。The deash effects of CJ-A and CJ-B slurry settling agents,which independently developed by Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co Ltd of CNOOC,on different types of oil slurry were investigated,and its industrial experiments were conducted.The results showed that with added amount of alkaline catalyst increased,the density,kinematic viscosity,mass fraction of ash,and mass fractions of resins and asphaltenes in the four components of the slurry decreased significantly.Slurry settling agent CJ-A was not suitable for deashing when the mass fraction of the alkali catalyst exceeded 10%,CJ-B showed good deash effect on oil slurry containing alkali catalysts and could accelerate the sedimentation of alkali catalyst powders.When the amount of CJ-B added to oil slurry was no less than 400μg/g,the ash content of the treated slurry could be reduced to below 0.024%,and the total content of silicon and aluminum could be reduced to below 34.61μg/g,which could meet the requirements for blending bunker fuel oil.In the industrial deash trials with CJ-B at a dosage of 400μg/g,the ash content of the treated slurry remained below 0.030%,and the total silicon and aluminum content did not exceed 60μg/g,all of which could meet the requirements for blending bunker fuel oil.
