摘 要:利用Aspen HYSYS软件,基于溶剂吸收工艺,建立了天然气处理终端轻油装车系统的油气回收单元工艺流程模拟模型,分析了汽油、柴油、环己烷、正己烷这4种吸收剂以及吸收剂温度、吸收剂质量与油气体积比(简称液气比)、吸收塔理论塔板数这3个关键工艺参数对油气回收效果的影响,并利用响应面分析得到最优关键工艺参数值。结果表明:柴油为最佳油气吸收剂;吸收剂温度越低、液气比越高、吸收塔理论塔板数越多,油气回收效果越好;对3个关键工艺参数进行响应面分析,得到高度显著的拟合关联式,在吸收剂温度为-4.7℃,液气比为9.92 kg/m^(3),吸收塔理论塔板数为7块的最优条件下,油气中烃类的回收率为98.86%。A simulation model of oil-gas recovery unit based on solvent absorption process of light oil loading system of natural gas treatment terminal was established by using Aspen HYSYS software.The effects of four absorbents of gasoline,diesel,cyclohexane,and n-hexane and three key process parameters of absorbent temperature,absorbent mass to oil-gas volume ratio(liquid-gas ratio for short),and theoretical plate number of the absorption tower on the oil-gas recovery effect were analyzed,and the optimal key process parameter values were obtained by response surface analysis.The results showed that diesel oil was the best oil-gas absorbent.The lower the absorbent temperature,the higher the liquid-gas ratio and the more theoretical plate number of the absorption tower,the better the oil-gas recovery effect.The response surface analysis of the three key process parameters was carried out to obtain a highly significant fitting correlation.Under the optimal conditions of absorbent temperature of-4.7℃,liquid-gas ratio of 9.92 kg/m^(3),and theoretical plate number of the absorption tower of 7,the recovery rate of hydrocarbons in oil-gas was 98.86%.
