摘 要:采用浸渍法制备了Ce改性V基催化剂,利用X射线衍射仪、物理吸附和化学吸附等方式进行表征,并通过双通道微反评价装置对催化剂脱硝性能进行了评价。结果表明:Ce的引入会降低V基催化剂比表面积,但能增强V和W的低温氧化还原能力以及增加催化剂上弱酸性位和中强酸性位,并且还能促进氮氧化物(NO_(x))在催化剂表面的吸附和氧化;Ce,V,W之间具有正向协同作用,V基催化剂中Ce的引入能够在不影响低温脱硝性能的同时减少V的使用,催化剂Ce_(5)V_(0.5)WTi上N_(2)选择性不低于98%,N_(2)O质量浓度不高于3 mg/m^(3)。The Ce modified V-based catalyst was prepared by impregnation method,characterized by X-ray diffraction,physical adsorption and chemisorption,and the denitrification performance of the catalyst was evaluated by double-channel micro-inverse evaluation device.The results showed that the introduction of Ce could reduce the specific surface area of V-based catalyst,but could enhance the low-temperature redox ability of V and W and increase the weak acid sites and medium-strong acid sites on the catalyst,and could also promote the adsorption and oxidation of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))on the catalyst surface.There was a positive synergistic effect between Ce,V and W.The introduction of Ce in V-based catalyst could reduce the use of V without affecting the low-temperature denitrification performance.The N_(2) selectivity on the catalyst Ce_(5)V_(0.5)WTi was not less than 98%,and the N_(2)O mass concentration was not higher than 3 mg/m^(3).
