摘 要:功能性近红外光谱成像技术(functional near-infrared spectroscopy,fNIRS)是一种基于神经血管耦合原理的光学神经成像技术。由于其具有非侵入性、生态效度高、时间分辨率和空间分辨率较高等特点,在儿童言语语言障碍的研究中有独特的优势。本文从言语感知和言语产生的维度出发,综述近年来fNIRS在儿童言语语言障碍研究中的应用现状,展望fNIRS在儿童言语语言障碍的早期识别和辅助临床干预等方面的应用价值。Functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)is an optical neuroimaging technology based on the principle of neurovascular coupling.Due to its non-invasive nature,high ecological validity,and high temporal and spatial resolution,it has great advantages in the study of children's speech and language disorders.Starting from the dimensions of speech perception and speech production,this paper summarizes the application status of fNIRS in the research of children's speech and language disorders in recent years.The application value of fNIRS in the early detection of children's speech and language disorders and auxiliary clinical intervention are prospected.
