脑网络功能神经外科诊疗体系的构建及初步应用

摘  要:人脑从微观尺度的神经元和突触层面、介观尺度的神经元集群层面到宏观尺度的脑区层面,可以构建出精细而复杂的脑网络。应激障碍、慢性疼痛、阿尔茨海默病等功能性脑疾病普遍存在脑网络的“失连接”,当前这类疾病的治疗面临困境;脑深部电刺激等新型神经调控技术可以通过调控脑网络发挥作用。通过解析疾病的脑网络特征并进行调控,可能为功能性脑疾病的治疗带来希望。因此,张剑宁教授团队构建了脑网络功能神经外科诊疗体系,包括功能性脑疾病的脑网络特性基础研究以及脑网络调控临床研究。未来对该诊疗体系进一步完善理论和扩展应用,这将对推动功能神经外科脑疾病的精准治疗、提升患者生活质量发挥重要作用。The human brain can be constructed an intricate and complex network from the microscopic level of neurons and synapses,the mesoscopic level of neuronal clusters,to the macroscopic level of brain regions.Neuropsychiatric disorders such as stress disorder,chronic pain and Alzheimer s disease commonly suffer from“disconnection”of brain networks,and the treatment of such diseases is currently facing difficulties.New neuromodulation techniques such as deep brain stimulation can exert their effects by regulating brain networks.By analyzing the brain network characteristics of diseases and regulating them,it may bring hope for the treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders.Therefore,we have established a novel framework of network-targeted deep brain stimulation for neuropsychiatric disorders,including basic research on brain network characteristics and clinical research on brain network neuromodulation.In the future,further improving the theory and expanding the application of this diagnosis and treatment system will play an important role in promoting precise treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders and improving patients' quality of life.
