摘　　要：细胞分裂周期蛋白20(CDC20)作为E3泛素连接酶细胞分裂后期促进复合物/细胞周期体的共激活因子,通过泛素化降解不同底物分子,广泛参与细胞有丝分裂,影响肿瘤发生。本文重点就CDC20参与泛素化功能及其在中枢神经系统中的作用进行综述,为研究人员探索其在大脑中新的底物,以及研发相关的神经、精神疾病基因治疗技术提供重要参考。Cell division cycle 20(CDC20),as a co-activator of E3 ubiquitin ligase and anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome,degrades different substrate molecules through ubiquitination.It widely participates in cell mitosis and affects tumor development.This paper focuses on the review of CDC20 s involvement in ubiquitination function and its role in the central nervous system,providing important references for researchers to explore new substrates in the brain and develop related gene therapy technologies for neurological and psychiatric disorders.
