摘  要:电阻抗断层成像(EIT)是近几年发展起来的一门新兴成像技术,具有无创性、无辐射性、低成本、操作简单等优势。本文主要阐述了EIT的发展、基本原理以及在临床麻醉的应用,针对EIT在确定最佳呼吸末正压,局部肺通气的监测,证明麻醉肺复张有效性,麻醉插管中的应用和在非插管麻醉中的应用进行介绍,有助于临床医生掌握该技术的应用,从而根据疾病情况适时采用EIT技术,提高临床医生的工作效率,促进医疗水平的进一步提高。Electrical impedance tomography(EIT)is an emerging imaging technology that has developed in recent years,with advantages such as non-invasiveness,non-radioactivity,low cost,and simple operation.This article mainly elaborates on the development,basic principles,and applications of EIT in clinical anesthesia,and introduces the application of EIT in determining optimal positive end-exspiratory pressure,monitoring local lung ventilation,proving the effectiveness of anesthesia lung recruitment,and introducing its application in anesthesia intubation and non-intubation anesthesia,which will help clinicians master the application of this technology,so as to timely adopt EIT technology according to the disease situation,improve the work efficiency of clinicians,and promote further improvement of medical level.
