摘 要:针对由单个供应商和单个零售商构成的生鲜农产品供应链,考虑新鲜度衰减、保鲜努力和新鲜度参照效应对市场需求的影响,给出了生鲜农产品供应链集中决策与分散决策的最优解,得到参照新鲜度与生鲜农产品供应链最优销售价格、最优保鲜努力和供应链利润具有负向相关关系,根据集中决策与分散决策的对比分析设计了实现生鲜农产品供应链协调的契约;最后,通过数值计算对研究结果的有效性进行了验证,分析了在生鲜农产品供应链中的相关参数变化对其决策及利润的影响,得到新鲜度参照效应的需求弹性系数、保鲜努力影响系数、新鲜度弹性系数与生鲜农产品供应链最优销售价格、最优保鲜努力和供应链利润都具有正向相关关系.Aiming at the fresh agricultural product supply chain composed of single supplier and single retailer,considering the influence of loss of fresh,fresh-keeping effort and freshness reference effect on market demand,the optimal solutions for centralized and decentralized decision-making in the fresh agricultural products supply chain are given,indicating that reference freshness is negatively correlated with optimal selling price,optimal fresh-keeping effort and supply chain profit of fresh agricultural products.Based on the comparative analysis of centralized and decentralized decision-making,the contract is designed to achieve coordination in the fresh agricultural products supply chain.Finally,the validity of the research results is verified through numerical calculation,and the effects of parameter changes on the decision-making and profit of the fresh agricultural products supply chain are analyzed.It is found that the demand elasticity coefficient of freshness reference effect,fresh-keeping effort influence coefficient and freshness elasticity coefficient have positive correlation with the optimal selling price,optimal fresh-keeping effort and supply chain profit of fresh agricultural products supply chain.
