摘　　要：1955年召开的万隆亚非会议,提出了处理国家间关系的“十项原则”,这些原则成为代表广大发展中国家利益和立场的国际关系原则,有力地推动了亚非国家的联合自强,鼓舞了广大发展中国家争取民族独立和解放的蓬勃斗争,开启了南南合作与不结盟运动的序幕,推动了国际秩序的深刻演变。在团结、友谊、合作、和平共处、求同存异的万隆精神的引领下,新中国外交开创了新局面,中国与中东、东南亚、南亚等地区的关系迎来了新的转折期。与此同时,广大亚非拉国家也开始了团结合作。随着“全球南方”的崛起,亚非拉国家正在加强团结合作,携手努力改变不合理的国际政治经济秩序和国际格局,这说明时至今日,万隆会议即将迈入70周年,万隆精神仍然保持旺盛的生命力,有着深远的历史意义和时代价值。The Bandung Conference in 1955 proposed the“Ten Principles”for handling relations between countries,which became key international relations norms representing the interests and positions of many developing countries.They significantly promoted the unity and self-strengthening of Asian and African countries,inspired the vigorous struggles of developing countries for national independence and liberation,and marked the beginning of South-South cooperation and the Non-Aligned Movement.The conference also contributed to the profound evolution of the international order.Guided by the Bandung Spirit,which emphasized solidarity,friendship,cooperation,peaceful coexistence,and seeking common ground while retaining independence,New China’s diplomacy entered a new phase,and relations with regions such as the Middle East,Southeast Asia,and South Asia underwent a turning point.Meanwhile,the vast majority of Asian,African,and Latin American countries began their efforts toward unity and cooperation.With the rise of the Global South,these countries are strengthening solidarity and cooperation to change the unjust international political and economic order and global perspective.It demonstrates that,as the Bandung Conference approaches its 70th anniversary,the Bandung Spirit continues to maintain its vitality and holds profound historical significance and contemporary value.
