摘　　要：能源产业是云南省第一大支柱产业。本文在全面总结云南省能源产业发展优势基础上,深入剖析了云南省能源产业高质量发展面临的能源保供压力大、新能源并网消纳困难、能源体制机制尚不完善等问题,并提出强化煤电安全供应、完善新能源消纳体系、加快推进绿色能源与绿色制造融合发展、坚持优电优用、深化能源电力体制改革、加强周边国家能源国际合作等对策建议,为政府部门决策提供政策支持。The energy industry is the largest pillar industry in Yunnan Province.Based on a comprehensive summary of the development advantages of Yunnan's energy industry,this paper deeply analyzes the issues faced by its high-quality development,including high pressure on energy supply security,difficulties in grid connection and consumption of renewable energy,and imperfect energy institutional mechanisms.Furthermore,countermeasures such as strengthening the secure supply of coal-fired power,improving the renewable energy consumption system,accelerating the integrated development of green energy and green manufacturing,adhering to the principle of prioritizing high-quality electricity use,deepening the reform of the energy and power system,and strengthening international energy cooperation with neighboring countries are proposed.These suggestions aim to provide policy support for government decision-making.
