摘　　要：当前,随着中国电力体制改革的不断深化,电力市场化发展也取得了一定成效,但在跨省交易、电力市场产品多元化、电力消纳等方面,仍需探索创新制度和模式。欧洲作为电力体制改革较早推进的地区,其改革路线和成功经验对我国电力体制改革具有重要的借鉴意义。本文旨在通过综述欧洲电力体制改革及政策、欧洲电力市场运营情况,并与中国电力市场改革等方面进行对比分析和研究,最终得到欧盟电力体制改革对中国的启示。Currently,with the continuous deepening of China's electric power system reform,the market-oriented development of the electric power industry has achieved certain results.However,there is still a need to explore innovative systems and models in areas such as cross-provincial transactions,diversification of electric power market products,and electric power consumption.Europe,as a region that has advanced electric power system reform earlier,offers significant insights for China's electric power system reform in terms of its reform pathway and successful experiences.This paper aims to provide an overview of the electric power system reform and policies in Europe,the operation of the European electric power market,and conduct comparative analysis and research with China's electric power market reform,ultimately deriving implications for China from the electric power system reform in EU countries.
