摘  要:某冶炼厂为了充分利用锌浸出渣焙烧产出的低浓度烟气,采用两转两吸制酸工艺+氧化锌—酸解法脱硫工艺,新建了一套烟气制酸装置。介绍了该制酸装置的工艺流程及特点、主要设备及其相关参数。该装置的运行状况表明:各项工艺指标均达到设计值,转化率大于99.95%,排放尾气中ρ(SO_(2))<100 mg/m^(3),说明该技术先进、可靠,具有较强的环境效益和社会效益。In order to make full use of the low-concentration flue gas produced by roasting zinc leaching slag,a smelter has built a metallurgical sulfuric acid plant employing the double contact double absorption acid making process+zinc oxide-acid decomposition desulfurization process.The process flow and features,key equipment and relevant parameters of the acid plant are presented.The operation status of the plant shows that all process figures have reached the design values,the conversion rate is higher than 99.95%,andρ(SO 2)in the emission gas is lower than 100 mg/m 3.And it is proved that the technology is advanced and reliable,and offers significant environmental and social benefits.
