摘  要:某磷化工厂为了暂存全厂生产过程中产生的各种废物,需新建一座危废库,并配备一套处理风量为20000 m^(3)/h的废气净化装置。介绍了库存废物的产生和处理情况,阐述了危废库的规模和布置,防火等级和防爆区域的划分,可燃有毒气体检测、通风、给排水和消防等安全设计,以及电信设施和废气净化系统。In order to temporarily store various wastes generated during the production process of the entire plant,a phosphate chemical plant needs to build a new hazardous waste warehouse provided with a waste gas purification unit with a gas processing capacity of 20000 m 3/h.The generation and treatment of stored wastes are outlined,and the scale and layout of the hazardous waste warehouse,the classification of fire protection ratings and explosion-proof zones,the safety design of flammable and toxic gas detection,ventilation,plumbing and fire-fighting,as well as communication systems and waste gas purification systems are presented.
