摘  要:由于高、低压粗苯乙烯塔制作周期长,需在项目前期就确定配管设计方案。以某苯乙烯装置高、低压粗苯乙烯塔的配管设计为例,阐述了高、低压粗苯乙烯塔的平面布置及配管原则,从管口方位、附塔管线及支架、附塔平台、预焊件等方面总结了配管设计要点,供同行参考。Due to the long manufacturing time of high-and low-pressure crude styrene towers,the piping design scheme needs to be finalized in the early stage of the project.Taking the piping design of high-and low-pressure crude styrene towers of a styrene unit as an example,the general layout and piping philosophy of high-and low-pressure crude styrene towers are outlined,and the piping design highlights are presented in terms of pipe nozzle orientation,tower accessory piping and brackets,accessory platforms,pre-welded parts,among others,for reference by peers.
