摘  要:针对某催化装置运行3年发生2次外取热管泄漏事故,分析了事故发生的过程及原因及时准确的判断出外取热泄漏管束及位置,并将其切出,保证装置平稳运行。同时结合两次泄漏探讨外取热泄漏原因及产汽设备全生命周期的预防措施。For the two external heat exchanger tube leakage incidents that occurred in a catalytic unit during its three years of operation,the occurrence and root cause of the incident are analyzed to timely and accurately determine the external heat exchanger leakage tube bundle and location,and cut it out to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.Meanwhile,based on the two leaks,the root cause of external heat exchanger leakage and the preventive measures for the whole life cycle of steam generation equipment are discussed.
